The short version
A 10DLC compliance checker reads your website the way a carrier reviewer does. Enter your URL and this free tool checks your privacy policy, SMS terms, opt-in form, consent wording, business name and contact details, then gives you a readiness score and a fix list to work through before you submit.
Already had a campaign rejected? Start with our guide to 10DLC campaign rejection, then run your site through the checker before you resubmit.
Reviewers look for a live site with real content, a privacy policy that says mobile numbers and SMS consent are not shared with third parties for marketing, terms with an SMS section (what you send, how often, message and data rates, STOP and HELP, a support contact), an opt-in form with an optional, unchecked consent box and clear wording next to it, your business name, a domain name that does not read as lending or another restricted category, and ways to contact you. This checker looks for each of those.
Common reasons include incomplete campaign details, a website that does not match the business name you registered, missing or unclear consent wording, prohibited content, and sample messages that do not name the sender or include opt-out wording. Our guide to 10DLC campaign rejection walks through each reason and how to fix it before you resubmit.
No. The score shows how well your public pages cover the items reviewers commonly check. Carriers also review your registration details, your use case and your sending history, and they make the final decision. Treat the score as a checklist, not a prediction.
It reads the public pages of the site you enter: your homepage, the privacy policy, terms and contact pages it links to, and up to two pages with forms. Results are kept for a short time so repeat checks are fast. If you ask us to email the report, we keep your email address and the report.
