Privacy Policy

Date: 11-01-2025

Kloudi, LLC and its operating affiliates (“Kloudi”) have a long history of maintaining the privacy of information collected in the normal course of providing our services. We work hard to serve you through new and exciting products and services. In the process, we remain sensitive to privacy issues. This Privacy Policy describes our practices in connection with our Services as defined in our Terms of Service available at https://kloudi.ai/terms-of-service.html.

Information Collection and Use

Kloudi is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. The information we obtain from you is generally necessary for us to provide your Services and design new services for your future use. For example, we need to know your name, address and the Services you buy from us to properly provide and bill for those Services. When you make a customer service inquiry, our representatives pull up account records and may refer to your bill and other information we have to answer questions you may have or recommend how we can best serve you.

Some personal information is collected automatically when you access our websites using common tools, such as cookies. Information collected in this manner includes browser information, your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, referring website, date/time stamps, and clickstream or pageview data. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may use this information in connection with other personal information we have collected.

We may also use information in our records to protect our customers, employees or property, including to investigate fraud, harassment, unlawful robocalling, call spoofing, or other types of unlawful activities. In some cases, it may be necessary to provide this information to the government or third parties who make a lawful demand for it.

Cookies

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Once the user closes the browser, the cookie simply terminates. However, by saving information and thus setting a cookie on our site, a user’s password can be saved and thus save time when visiting our site. Where users reject cookies they may still use our site, but use may be limited in some ways. Cookies can also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the user’s experience.

Disclosure of Account Information

Kloudi will not sell or trade your personally identifiable information unless we are authorized to do so by you or applicable law.

If you tell us in writing to release your account information to a third party, we will honor your request and provide that information.

We may provide account information to collection agencies when customers do not pay their bills. We restrict the use of this information to collection activities related to our charges.

As a general rule, Kloudi does not release customer account information to unaffiliated third parties without your permission, unless we have a business relationship with those companies where the disclosure is appropriate. For example, we may hire outside companies as contractors or agents, or be engaged in a joint venture or partnership with another company. Upon occasion, Kloudi may decide to stop providing a service or may decide to sell or transfer parts of our business to unaffiliated companies. When this happens, we may provide confidential customer information to these companies so that they can continue to provide and/or offer you the same or similar services. In all of these situations, we provide information to these other companies only as needed to accomplish our business objectives; these companies are similarly bound by requirements to keep Kloudi customer information confidential.

There are certain exceptions to the general rule noted above. For example, we might provide information to regulatory or administrative agencies so that they can accomplish their regulatory tasks (for example, responding to a customer complaint) or to maximize the efficiencies of our own processes. Other disclosures will be driven by legal requirements imposed on Kloudi, such as compliance with a subpoena or court order or other similar demand, associated with either criminal or civil proceedings.

Security

Kloudi uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the personally identifiable information collected about its customers. However, as effective as modern security practices are, no physical or electronic security system is impenetrable. Kloudi cannot guarantee the security of its systems or databases, nor can Kloudi guarantee that information supplied by you will not be intercepted while being transmitted over the Internet. Kloudi is not responsible for the unlawful or unauthorized actions of third parties.

If you have any questions, please feel free to share them with us.

Do you help with 10DLC registration?

    Yes.

    Kloudi provides white-glove support for:

    • Brand registration
    • Campaign submission
    • Use case alignment
    • Carrier compliance review

Proper registration reduces rejection risk and improves approval speed.

Compliance Shield™ is Kloudi’s layered protection system that filters outbound traffic before delivery. It includes:
    • National & state DNC scrubbing
    • Known litigator suppression
    • Phone verification
    • 10DLC campaign support
This reduces exposure risk and protects long-term deliverability – especially in regulated and high-volume industries.
Kloudi is built for regulated and performance-driven industries that require structured compliance and route awareness. We work with:
    • MCA
    • Lead generation
    • Call centers
    • Agencies
    • Healthcare outreach
However, all campaigns must align with legal and carrier requirements.
Infrastructure must be deployed properly. Your setup includes:
    • Platform configuration
    • 10DLC registration & submission
    • Website compliance alignment
    • Domain & warm-up configuration (if using KloudiMail™)
    • Route strategy alignment
    • Initial compliance review
We treat onboarding as deployment – not account activation.
No platform can guarantee deliverability. Kloudi provides:
    • Route-aware sending
    • Compliance filtering
    • Delivery transparency
    • Performance monitoring
Deliverability depends on use case, consent practices, content, and volume structure. We help you optimize responsibly.
Kloudi creates a compliant-facing website as part of your onboarding because carrier approval, 10DLC registration, and long-term deliverability depend on transparent brand presence. A properly structured website:
    • Speeds up 10DLC campaign approval
    • Reduces carrier scrutiny
    • Demonstrates legitimate business activity
    • Aligns your messaging use case with compliance requirements
We build it to ensure you stay in the highest compliance tier possible – not to sell you a website, but to protect your infrastructure.
