10DLC Compliance

• Register your brand and campaigns through proper 10DLC processes

• Respond promptly to compliance inquiries and requests

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Services for:

• Sending unsolicited messages (spam) or messages without proper consent
• Illegal activities or content that violates applicable laws
• Phishing, fraud, scams, or other deceptive practices
• Harassment, threats, or abusive communication
• Adult content, gambling, or other restricted industries (as defined by carriers)
• Circumventing platform security measures or usage limitations

5. Account Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into agreements
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
